My love of food began as a child when my mother gave me and my sister free run of the kitchen where we concocted all kinds of strange recipes. Those countless hours spent mixing, boiling, and baking the most random ingredients sparked the passion…or maybe it was the science of it, or the art of it–the fact that I could put ingredients together and the end result was something beautiful that I could consume and enjoy– regardless, in time, I was on my way to cooking yummy food.

Today I share this passion of mine with you, be it a delicious recipe I’ve found or eaten at a restaurant, or one I’ve come up with myself. I am totally self-taught and constantly learning new techniques, flavor combinations, and recipes. Sometimes things go great, sometimes they don’t, but you can’t learn if you don’t fail. I hope you enjoy my food adventures as much as I do and I invite you to follow along!
